Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

For The Dressing

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ tsp ground celery seeds
  • salt, black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl place the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, carrot and parsley and mix to combine.
  2. To make the dressing, place all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix to combine.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
