  • Heat a wok or skillet over high heat with the oil. Add the sugar snap peas and garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, until snap peas are tende

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. sugar snap peas
  • 2 tsp. coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper (more to taste)

Directions:

  1. Heat a wok or skillet over high heat with the oil.
  2. Add the sugar snap peas and garlic.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, until snap peas are tender crisp and just beginning to brown in spots.
  4. Toss with soy sauce and pepper.
