For The Loaf


  • 2 pounds of Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup of Bread Crumbs (Italian-style)
  • 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of Parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of Milk
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of Onion Powder

For The Sauce


  • 1/2 cup of Ketchup
  • 1/3 cup of BBQ Sauce (I use Jack Daniel's)
  • 2 tablespoons of Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of Mustard
  • 1 dash of Worcestershire


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Whisk together all of the ingredients for the glaze, set aside.
  3. Wash hands thoroughly. In a large bowl, place all ingredients for the meatloaf and combine well with your hands.
  4. Place meat mixture into a loaf pan or baking dish.
  5. Spread half of the glaze evenly over the top of the loaf.
  6. Place the loaf in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. After 45 minutes, take the loaf out of the oven and spread 1/2 of the remaining glaze over the top. Bake for another 15 minutes.
  8. Once the internal temperature reaches 155°F (or the inside is no longer pink), remove from the oven and top with the remaining glaze.
  9. Serve immediately & enjoy!
